Our Core Child Safety & Privacy Commitments
1. Developer Identity & Application Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the LingooLeap mobile application and website, developed and operated by Edsols Innovation Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). LingooLeap is an early childhood educational application designed to help children aged 2 to 10 build speech clarity, phonics, vocabulary, and communication confidence through interactive games and stories.

2. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Google Play Families Policy)
Because LingooLeap is built specifically for young children, we adhere strictly to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Google Play Developer Program Families Policy:
- We do not collect personal identifying information (such as full name, physical address, telephone number, or precise GPS location) from children.
- Child profiles are identified solely by a parent-chosen nickname and an animated cartoon avatar.
- All account creation, subscription purchases, and sensitive settings are protected by a multi-touch Parental Gesture Guard (Child Lock) to prevent children from accessing parent controls.
3. Information We Collect and How We Use It
We collect the parent or legal guardian's email address and securely hashed login credentials for authentication, profile synchronization across devices, and subscription management.
LingooLeap requests microphone access solely to enable interactive voice games (such as Bird Voice, Talk Splash, and Speech Flight). Voice input is processed in real time during the active learning session to detect vocal intensity, steady vowel sounds, or word pronunciation. Audio recordings are never permanently stored on external servers, are never shared with advertising networks, and are never used to train biometric facial or voice recognition models.
We record practice streaks, minutes spent in activities, words spoken, and completed modules. This data is displayed exclusively to parents in the in-app Parent Dashboard to help families monitor educational growth.
We collect non-identifiable technical details (operating system version, device model, app version, and crash logs) strictly to ensure app stability and debug software issues.
4. Zero Third-Party Advertising & Tracking
LingooLeap is completely 100% ad-free. We do not integrate any third-party behavioral advertising SDKs, ad networks, or commercial data brokers. Your child will never encounter advertisements, commercial popups, or external product links inside the application.
5. Payment & Subscription Security
Direct family subscriptions (Monthly ₹999 / Yearly ₹9,999) are processed via PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways (Razorpay and Google Play In-App Billing). Edsols Innovation Pvt Ltd does not collect, store, or process sensitive payment credentials, credit card numbers, or UPI MPINs on our servers. All transactions are encrypted directly by the payment provider.
6. Account & Data Deletion Policy
In accordance with Google Play's User Data and Account Deletion policies, parents have the absolute right to request the deletion of their account and all associated child data at any time:
Open the LingooLeap app → Unlock Parent Settings (complete the child-lock gate) → Select Account → Tap Delete Account & All Data. Your account and all child learning profiles will be permanently erased.
Email us at sales@edsols.in with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered parent email. Our team will verify your request and permanently delete all records from our database within 30 business days.
7. Data Security Measures
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. All data transmissions between the application and our servers are encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3), and stored data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
