1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Parent", "Guardian", or "User") and Edsols Innovation Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), regarding your use of the LingooLeap mobile application and related web services. By downloading, accessing, or subscribing to LingooLeap, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Educational Scope & Purpose

LingooLeap is an early childhood educational mobile application designed to foster speech clarity, phonics, vocabulary acquisition, and communication confidence through interactive games, rhyming, and stories. The app is strictly intended for educational, entertainment, and practice purposes for children aged 2 to 10 under adult supervision.

3. Parental Responsibility & Account Security

Accounts must be created and managed solely by a parent or legal guardian. Parents are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for ensuring their children interact with the application in an age-appropriate setting. All administrative actions and subscription purchases are guarded by a built-in Parental Gesture Guard.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Auto-Renewal

LingooLeap offers two direct family subscription tiers:

  • Monthly Plan: ₹999 per month, billed recurringly until cancelled.
  • Yearly Plan: ₹9,999 per year (₹833/month, Save 16%), billed annually until cancelled.

Payments are processed securely through certified payment gateways including Razorpay (UPI Autopay, NetBanking, Credit/Debit Cards) and Google Play In-App Billing. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through the in-app account settings or through your Google Play Subscription Center. Upon cancellation, you retain full access until the conclusion of your current paid billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We stand behind the educational quality of LingooLeap. First-time subscribers are eligible for a refund within 7 days of initial purchase if dissatisfied with the educational experience. 6. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary rights, software code, visual character illustrations, audio tracks, interactive voice games (including Bird Voice, Talk Splash, and Speech Flight), trademarks, and educational content are the exclusive intellectual property of Edsols Innovation Pvt Ltd. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial family purposes.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

LingooLeap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for an exceptional, bug-free learning experience, Edsols Innovation Pvt Ltd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Edsols Innovation Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app usage.

8. Termination & Account Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time via the in-app deletion button or by emailing sales@edsols.in. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or compromise platform safety.
